I am an experienced transition manager with more than 20 years of experience in various management positions in the public sector (middle management, director). I have laid a solid foundation for this during my study in change management and subsequently working in various executive positions at municipalities, in education and in nonprofit organizations. My migration background and successful adaptation to the new living environment in the Netherlands has been decisive for my interest in change.
